Some former military officials say Biden needs to be removed via the 25th Amendment before he blows up the world, prompting the question of whether there are forces in the administration trying to trigger escalation before Trump takes office. One of his most controversial picks is former Florida Congressman and looming rabble rouser Matt Gaetz, who Trump has nominated for U.S. Attorney General. The nomination has triggered screeching and gnashing of teeth on Capitol Hill, as well as the resurgence of allegations against Gaetz that include statutory rape. We look at the allegations against Gaetz, his response to them, and the broader issue of what’s at stake.
