Change and the Church

September 17, 2023 • Brian Baker

Handling change can be a challenging experience, as it requires individuals to adapt to new situations that may be unfamiliar and uncomfortable. Although change is inevitable, most people resist it, and you may be one of them. Even within the church, Christians become complacent and comfortable, making it difficult to embrace change. However, in this message, special guest Brian Baker aims to equip you with the necessary tools to navigate your changing world. By doing so, you can become the best version of the church that Jesus intended as you strive to love and lead others to Him.

Being A Servant

September 3, 2023 • Pastor Lance Bradley • Luke 19:29–31, Luke 22:24, Matthew 23:11, 1 Samuel 17:17–18, Zechariah 9:9

If someone were to use the word 'always' to describe you, what would they say? Would they say you are always happy or always in a bad mood? Would they say you're always encouraging others, or you always complain? Would they say you're always working or that you're always on vacation? Or would they say you're always about yourself? What would they say about you? In our society, it's easy to get wrapped up in yourself. But, to live the life God has for you, you must be willing to reject yourself for the good of others. It's not easy, and it sure isn't comfortable. But when you deny yourself, God can do so much with you. In week two of All In, instead of being wrapped up in ourselves, we'll see how to go 'all in' as a servant. Serving is not something that we do. It’s an action that reflects who we are.

Having The Right People In Your Life

August 27, 2023 • Pastor Lance Bradley

We learn to function by observing and imitating the people around us, starting as a child. From listening to our families and copying what they say to watching how people interact with one another, we learn practically everything about life. Our life tends to reflect the life of those closest to us. We have immense potential to reflect Christ, minister to others, and positively impact the world around us. However, often, the key missing ingredient is being surrounded by the right people. In this message, we'll learn what the right people look like. Because, with the right people around us, we can grow to where God wants us to be.
