January 31, 2022 • 1 Thessalonians 2:18

Father, I not only say I'm thankful, but I also position my heart with thanksgiving. The Word of God says before the loaves and fish were multiplied, Jesus gave thanks. From a place of faith, He gave thanks before anything happened knowing the miracle would take place. So thank you Lord for meeting all of my needs, moving on my behalf of my family, and prospering my city. "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." - 1 Thessalonians 2:18

January 29, 2022 • Romans 12:1

Mighty Father, we thank You for Your love, mercy and generosity towards us. Thank You for always keeping Your promises. Thank You for relentlessly pursuing us and making us Your people. We will not fail to bless Your Holy Name. Let us be a people who will forever proclaim Your unfailing love in the morning and Your faithfulness in the evening. May praise continuously come from my heart and lips. We declare that our homes are Houses of Worship and that our region will declare Your goodness. As You release new songs of hope and breakthrough, we ask that you will give us the wisdom to steward them well. Let our churches sing heaven’s songs to glorify you. “Beloved friends, what should be our proper response to God’s marvelous mercies? To surrender yourselves to God to be his sacred, living sacrifices. And live in holiness, experiencing all that delights his heart. For this becomes your genuine expression of worship.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:1‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Arts & Entertainment

January 28, 2022 • Romans 11:36

I declare, those in the entertainment industry shine the light within them and reflect the glory of God that casts out every hint of darkness. This industry will produce entertainment that displays godly lifestyles, behaviors, and values. You are raising up godly actors and producers and encountering the ones currently in the industry. I pray missionaries are assigned specifically to this industry. I declare, our city and region is a place where the arts are celebrated. World-class musicians, artists, and dancers are arising from our region. The gifts on their lives are honored as gifts from You and are as significant as any other gift. "For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen." - Romans 11:36

January 27, 2022 • James 1:5

I declare that our educational systems will be models for the country. You are giving divine strategies even now. We will think outside the box and will personalize education. Education, books, and universities will develop mind-molders who influence the influential. The gold will be called out in each student, and they will know their giftings and callings. We speak Your peace over each school, teacher, faculty, and student. Peace come over every classroom. “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” - James 1:5

Father, I ask that You give our government officials wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. I declare that You are putting wise counsel around them that carry Kingdom revelation. Assign modern-day Daniels and Josephs to our government officials. Let them not be swayed by the opinions of men, but let them see from Heaven’s perspective. I declare, Laws and Courts that measure with the justice and the freedom of our land’s Constitution. “First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity.” - 1 Timothy 2:1-2

Father, thank you because your Word says that we were made on purpose and for a purpose! God, we pray that we would be seekers of your presence, longing to live out your purpose in our lives. As we seek You first, we remember that your plans for us are good and your purpose can not be thwarted. God, we know that you are the ultimate Creator and all around us, we can see expressions of your perfect creativity. We pray that as your sons and daughters, your creativity would flow through us in every area of our lives. We humbly ask that you would give us creative ideas and strategies for stewarding our families, for our finances, for our jobs and most of all, for advancing your Kingdom here on Earth. We declare that we have hearts in tune with your Holy Spirit, who guides us as we ask you for a new level of creativity this year! “And through his creative inspiration this Living Expression made all things, for nothing has existence apart from him!” - John 1:3

January 21, 2022 • John 17:22

Lord, I long to answer Your prayer for unity so that the world will know You are the Son of God and that You have come from the Father. Yet I know that it must begin with me. Grant me the grace to walk in humility by considering others better than myself. May I look after the interests of others as carefully as I look after my own. Above all, may my attitude be the same as Yours—that of a humble servant. I pray that my kingdom would go so that Your Kingdom may come. Lord, cause me to be single-minded and sure of Your calling upon my life. May unity of heart and mind prevail in my home, in my community of friends and family, in my local church, and the Church around the world. Break down the barriers that separate us, and bind Your people together again in Your love. “…that they may be one, just as We are one” - John 17:22b

January 20, 2022 • Joshua 1:9

Almighty God, watch over and protect our nation’s military members and their families. Sustain them with your everlasting arms. As they serve, we ask that you guard their families and loved ones. Bless each and every veteran who has served our country. Comfort those who struggle in life after war. Help us to honor and care for those who have given so much for us. We thank you for the freedoms our service members fought for which we enjoy today. “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”” ‭‭Joshua‬ ‭1:9‬ ‭NASB

First Responders

January 19, 2022 • Isaiah 41:13

Almighty God, you lend your strength to all those who are there for us in times of crisis, fear, and hurt. You give courage to the first responders who continue to do this important work they are called to do, looking beyond the risk for the sake of those who need your help and protection. We give you thanks for the many ways they give of themselves, their skills, knowledge and help in troubling times. Protect them, o Lord. Extend your shielding hand over them and comfort their hearts when they are tired and heartbroken. God, we also lift up prayers of thanksgiving and comfort for the families of first responders and all who support them. Give them hope and courage. Surround them with your loving presence and give them peace when their loved ones run toward uncertainty. All this we pray in your name. Amen. “For I, the LORD your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, Fear not, I am the one who helps you.” - Isaiah 41:13

January 18, 2022 • Proverbs 25:2

Lord, I come before You this day in awe of the grandeur and complexity of Your creation. I thank You for the gifts of curiosity and analytic minds and for eagerness to explore what is not yet understood. I pray for open minds that think out of the box as You unfold the wonder of Your creation. Forgive us for small thinking and fearing the unknown. I declare our schools and universities to be known for excellence in science. I declare our schools and universities are safe places to explore more of Your mysteries. I declare our medical community to be known for integrity and pioneering medical advancements “It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter.” - Proverbs 25:2

Father, I ask that you would give us hearts of compassion for those around us. Give us eyes to see people the way you created them and creative ideas on how to meet the needs of those around us. Remind us that when doing for others, we are really doing it for You. We declare that as we operate as the hands and feet of Him, others are able to see God through our actions, bringing hope, healing and restoration to our communities! “For when you saw me hungry, you fed me. When you found me thirsty, you gave me something to drink. When I had no place to stay, you invited me in and when I was poorly clothed, you covered me. When I was sick, you tenderly cared for me, and when I was in prison you visited me.” - Matthew 25:35-36

January 15, 2022 • Acts 2:17

Father, I declare an awakening over every heart of every believer in our region. You are encountering each one with Your love - a love that compels them to say 'YES' to You. Raise up ones that burn night and day with passion for Your Kingdom. Ones that will say "whatever the cost!" Ones that will pray and fast to see Heaven invade Earth with Your goodness. Ones that will "taste and see that You are good". "In the last days, God says, I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh." - Acts 2:17

January 14, 2022 • Isaiah 49:1–2

I speak God's declaration found in Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you, I knew you." Our youth are pure and holy in His sight and walk in righteousness all the days of their lives. I speak life and success into our youth; they are fulfilling their life's purpose and destiny. I declare they are God's royalty and will have access to money, wealth, power, and making His name famous according to the covenant of Abraham. We speak into their lives that witty inventions, business concepts, and creative ideas will overtake and pursue them. They will be present-day George Washington Carvers who will solve world problems because they have direct access to Your wisdom. "The Lord called me from the womb, from the body of my mother he named my name. He made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me a polished arrow; in his quiver he hid me away." - Isaiah 49:1-2
