May 2, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • Luke 23:34, Matthew 6:9–15

Jesus forgave the Roman soldiers from the cross, as they were crucifying Him. What an incredible demonstration of the Power of forgiveness that we are commanded to emulate! We can only be forgiven by our heavenly Father to the extent that we forgive others in our heart!

Love Language

April 25, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • 1 John 4:7–11, Matthew 5:44–46, Mark 12:29–31, Ephesians 4:25–27

The love of God was the manifestation of His only begotten Son into the world. It was a Gift the world did not deserve. Since we can do nothing worthy of the Gift, we are called as believers to manifest the Gift of love to others without judgement of their worthiness to receive the Gift.

SAINTS!

April 18, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • 1 John 1:10, 2 Corinthians 5:16–21, Ephesians 4:26–27, James 4:17

When we believe in Jesus, we become a new creation in Him. And as we were completely dependent on Jesus to become His new creation, we remain completely dependent on the Lord for all of eternity in Him. As He is eternal, He redeems us from the inferior mortal realm, into the superior eternal realm with Him, along with the all of the other eternal saints in Him!

Honor

April 11, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • Proverbs 3:9, Luke 21:19

Honor is more than respect. As members of a royal priesthood, we are called to create a culture of honor by being honoring ambassadors for Christ wherever Christ leads us.

Authority

April 4, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • Genesis 5:3, John 1:10–13, Galatians 4:1–7, Genesis 1:26–28

We were redeemed from the law into the kingdom of the Son of His love. Our Lord delegated authority to us when we were born again, and He gives us privileges under His authority in order to bring about His purposes in the earth. As we steward what He gives, us we grow in His authority, and our growth continues as long as we remain correctable as His son!

Colored Lenses

March 21, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • Numbers 13—14, Zephaniah 3:17, Proverbs 4:25, Matthew 6:22–23

We can be unaware of the colored lenses (mindsets or paradigms) that we may often experience life through. Scripture is the infallible Word of God, and the reason we may have trouble believing Scripture or connecting with God intimately may be the colored lenses we picked up along the way. Tonight we discuss Colored Lenses, how to ask the Lord to reveal them to us, and take them away.

Good Work!

March 14, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • 2 Thessalonians 3:6–10, Ephesians 4:25–32, Galatians 6:4–5, 2 Corinthians 9:7–8

Jesus said, "While I am in the world I am the light of the world." Our co-laboring with Jesus brings His light into the world, and He is able to make all grace sufficient towards us that we may have an abundance for every good work that He gives us!

Consecration

March 7, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • Leviticus 11:44, 1 Peter 2:9–10, Ephesians 4:32, James 4:7–8

Worthy of Life

February 15, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • Acts 13:46, 1 Corinthians 4:1–5, 1 Peter 2:9

The Jews at Antioch rejected the word of God judging themselves unworthy of everlasting. But Jesus calls us and qualifies us as we answer His call, and He makes us worthy to receive everlasting life!

Truth Always Triumphs!

February 8, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • 1 Timothy 2:12, Acts 19:23–41, John 4:29–39

In Paul's first letter to Timothy he prohibited women to teach or have authority over a man. Was there a specific reason for Paul's command due to unique circumstances at that time, or was Paul's command universal, regardless of circumstances, and for all time?

The Word is Life!

February 1, 2024 • Pastors Jerry and Denise • Nehemiah 8:5–6, Hebrews 11:11, Luke 4:16–22

Jesus read from the scrolls in the synagogue in Nazareth, and the people marveled at the gracious words He spoke. Our Lord imparted truth, and at first the people seemed to receive the truth, but instead of allowing the Word of Life to abide in their hearts. they reverted to what was familiar. Let us always embrace the mysteries the Scriptures!

However, we can impeded our receiving His forgiveness by harboring unforgiveness in our hearts. How can we be sure we are receiving the complete forgiveness only our Lord Jesus Christ can give us?
