Monday Evening

The opening session of the 118th General Assembly begins with remarks by the moderator, General Overseer Oscar Pimentel.
The Bible and flag pledges are recited by the delegates, and Janet Talley leads congregational worship. Herman Ard delivers a sermonette and Josh Clawson preaches message on healing.
Saturday Morning
August 3, 2024 • Dewayne Smith
The final session of the General Assembly opens with concert prayer by Danny Gartman and scripture reading led by Francisco Ramirez. Janet Talley leads the congregation in worship.
The Children’s Assembly Program is directed by Debra Wantulok along with her family and Jessica Cloyed. The service continues with a message entitled “The Church of God is Moving On” by Dewayne Smith.
After the Assembly committees give their reports, the session concludes with the annual appointments by the General Overseer.
Friday Evening

The Friday Evening session of the Assembly is opened by the Moderator, and Joseph Hill leads congregational prayer.
Joshua Farthing leads the Victory Leaders Band program. The youth conduct their annual march, and worships the Lord through song.
Friday Afternoon
August 2, 2024 • Jerry Campbell, Grayson Kent
The Friday afternoon service opens in prayer led by Jacob Anders and Scripture reading from John 17:15-24 by James E. Hughes, Jr.. Vicki Smith leads the congregation in worship.
The annual ordination service of newly licensed deacons and bishops precedes Jason Hill giving the report of the General Treasurer. Grayson Kent provides an update from the Communications and Publishing departments.
The session is highlighted by the Evangelism program led by Jerry Campbell and a special song by Victoria Griffin.
Friday Morning

Sam Kaufman opens the Friday morning session with concert prayer, and Brenda Prince of California reads 1 Thessalonians 1:15-17; 2:1-2. Congregational worship is led by Chelsey Richardson.
Deborah Perkins leads the Assembly Band Movement program.
Thursday Evening

The session opens with remarks by the General Overseer. World Mission Coordinator Robert J. Hawkins, Jr. directs the evening's World Mission program.
Thursday Afternoon
August 1, 2024 • Claudine Brown
The session opens with concert prayer by Galen Donnafield of Tennessee. Israel Luquin of Florida reads from 1 Timothy 2:1-4. The congregation worships God through song led by the England choir.
The session concludes with a message by Claudine Brown – “My House, the House of God, Which is the Church Shall be Called a House of Prayer.”
Thursday Morning

Thursday morning begins with with concert prayer by Dewayne Terry and scripture reading from 2 Chronicles 7:12-22 by Josh Koehler. Congregation singing is led by Shannon Shuler of Arkansas.
The message “Unceasing Prayer by the Church Can Produce Deliverance” is given by Billy Cox.
Following a special song by Carlos Hernandez, Jr., General Overseer Oscar Pimentel delivers his annual address to the Church, and the congregation sings "At the Battle's Front.”
Wednesday Afternoon

Wednesday afternoon begins with concert prayer by Michael Washburn and scripture reading from Acts 13:1-3 by Daniel Cox.
Following congregational singing by Lori Winters, another set of progress reports is given, and Danielle Fearer of North Carolina shares a special song.
Sharon Griffin, Womens Missionary Band Coordinator, leads the WMB Program to conclude the service.

The Assembly continues with opening prayer by Gerald Cox and scripture reading from Isaiah 66:6-13 by Willard Wantulok. Romme Pate leads the congregation in worship.
The session features sermons by Michael Nixon and Irving Romano.
Tuesday Evening

Karen Hill leads the Assembly in worship after concert prayer by Daniel Doerfler and scripture reading from Philippians 1:9-11 by Steve Ridlespurge.
The session concludes with the Bible Training Institute program conducted by Paul Horton.
Tuesday Afternoon

Josiah Horne of Colorado opens the Tuesday afternoon session with a reading from Mark 14:32-38. Kevin Brown leads the congregation in prayer followed by worship led by Belinda O’Dell.
After an assembly expense offering, Evening Light boost, and a set of progress reports, Shannon Cox shares a special song, and Harvey Anders of Tennessee preaches “Stay Away from the Hog Pen, Watch and Pray that ye Enter not into Temptation.”
Tuesday Morning
July 30, 2024 • Shanna Campos, Christopher Clarkson
The first full day of the Assembly begins with scripture reading from Jeremiah 22:7-10 by Jerry Morton and concert prayer led by Bradley Brooks of North Carolina. After congregational worship, led by Stephanie Cox, the session continues with the Sunday School program led by Shanna Campos.
The session concludes with progress reports and a special song prior to a message by Christopher Clarkson entitled “Motivational Speakers or Praying Preachers of Righteousness?”.

The Wednesday night service opens with remarks by the moderator, and the CPMA program is directed by James R. Horne, General Church of Prophecy Marker Association Coordinator.
