Closing announcements by moderator and General Appoints by General Overseer. Prayer for appointees by David Risch of TN and official closing of Assembly.

Saturday Morning

August 12, 2023

The final session of the General Assembly opens with concert prayer by Austin Garcia and scripture reading led by Michael Steptoe. Danielle Fearer leads the congregation in worship. The Children’s Assembly Program is directed by Debra Wantulok along with her family and Jessica Cloyed. After the Assembly committees give their reports, the session concludes with the annual appointments by the General Overseer.

Friday Evening

August 11, 2023 • Joshua Farthing

The Friday Evening session of the Assembly is opened by the Moderator, and Eric Hendrix leads congregational prayer. Following a scripture reading by Ricky Aldridge from Georgia, the congregation is led in worship by One Step Closer. Joshua Farthing leads the Victory Leaders Band program. The youth conduct their annual march, and worships the Lord through song.

Friday Afternoon

The Friday afternoon service opens in prayer led by Gary and Denise Satanek and Scripture reading from Zechariah by Chanadler Fox. Cassandra Byers leads the congregation in worship. The session is highlighted by the Evangelism program led by Jerry Campbell and a special song by Alma Machado.
