We began the season of Lent with this worship that reminds us of our fragility and the great love of Christ for us. The imposition of Ashes will be available and the beloved liturgy, Holden Evening Prayer will be used. Holy Communion will also be served.

The beginning of the Great 3 Days, Maundy (Commandment) Thursday worship focuses on Jesus' last day as he gathers with the disciples for a Passover Meal. There is give the Command to Love God and One Another and used footwashing as a sign of that servant heart to others and the instituted the sacrament of Holy Communion when he Blessed Bread and Wine during Passover to be given to each of us to receive and have often as nourishment for our Spirit as we remember what sacrifice Jesus would make, what forgiveness and life he would share to all of us.
