I think this may be the phrase that causes more damage than anything else in the world that we live in. No longer in our world can anyone reproach another person. If a parent spanks a child, that's abuse. If a teacher reprimands a student, that means that the teacher failed to be open-minded. If the church speaks against the society, then the church is bigoted and unloving. How can anyone speak truth in to the world, when the truth itself is a subjective matter?
