Pastor Dr. Philip Lyn is the founder pastor of Skyline church which was planted in the city in 2001. He read medicine at Oxford University, studied theology for a year in the UK, trained in internal medicine in London and returned to Malaysia in 1983 in obedience to God. He is bi-vocational, currently still practicing as a doctor as well as serving as Senior Pastor of Skyline. Pastor Philip preaches in an engaging expository style that is highly inspirational. He is deep and fresh. Humour, examples of personal shortcomings and stories are never far off. He loves God’s Word and has a special love in teaching on the areas of faith and grace, and the Holy Spirit. He also regularly speaks at conferences on workplace challenges, men, family and sex, a heart for the poor and on revivals. He is a shepherd and mentor to many other pastors. He is married to Ps Nancy and together they have sought to provide leadership to a growing and influential city church of some 800 people. They have three children, two of whom are grown up.

After stepping down as the Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church (CEFC) in 2012, Rev Edmund serves as its Leadership Mentor, while providing leadership and serving the Body of Christ at large as the Founder of Global Alliance of Intentional Disciple Making Churches (IDMC) movement. He mentors top-level leaders globally, including CEOs, business owners, heads of para-church organisations and mission agencies, theological educators, bishops and senior pastors. Rev Edmund holds a Masters degree (summa cum laude) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (USA). He is the author of several books, including Growing Deep in God; Mentoring Paradigms; Growing Deep In Faith; Cultivating Your Inner Life; A Certain Kind, Radical Discipleship, Life & Legacy, Discipleship Missions, Faith & Fire and the latest, Grace & Glory. Married to Ps Ann, the couple has two daughters, Amanda and Belicia.

Ps John Cheng is the executive Pastor working with the YAs, young working adults in Skyline SIB. His passion is to help the YAs grow in their relationship with Jesus and fulfill their potential and callings. A medical doctor by training and profession, he is happily married to Ai Fuah and has two young sons, Timothy and Jayden.

In 1997, Ps Sam pioneered Excel Point Community Church (EPCC) while still a lecturer in Kolej Damansara Utama (Penang), growing it from 3 members to over 1300 members, serving in youth, worship, BM, and pastoral leadership positions. In full-time Christian ministry for 29 years, he holds a Bachelor of Science from Southwestern Assemblies of God University (Texas), a Practical Theology Diploma and Advanced Diploma from Christ For the Nations Institute (Texas), and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Leadership Studies from Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary (Penang). He authored “Found in Christ”, as well as 9 Bible-based devotional books and 2 discipleship manuals. Married to Susie Tan, they are blessed with two children.

Dr Kenneth Wu is a medical specialist and a dynamic communicator with a unique passion to make complicated subjects simple and relatable. He believes the message of hope is a powerful medicine for the heart. This is innovatively illustrated on his latest medical health book, Fake News Can Change You. As Ministry Head of Christian Education, he oversees Faith Factor series, Cross Over and Baptism Workshop in Skyline. Both him and his wife, Liz, lead the Gusto Connect Group.

Ps. Peter Fred is a worship pastor in Skyline SIB. His passion in creating vibrant atmospheres that are conducive for people to experience God has brought many young talents to find purpose and growth in serving God. He is currently working in a thriving hospitality business where he manages three boutique hotels in Kota Kinabalu. He believes that serving God makes him a better husband and father to his three young children, he hopes to inspire young people to serve God with all their hearts and to make every season count!

Timotius Arifin is the founder and senior pastor of GBI (Bethel Church Indonesia) Lembah Pujian Bali - Rock Ministries. Graduated as a civil engineer, he started his ministry as the head of Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship in Surabaya, and started Surabaya Praise Centre in the mid of 1980's which brings the revolutionary and movement of praise and worship in all over the country. Called by The Lord to be a full time minister, he started the GBI Bali in 1987 under Bethany Surabaya (late pastor Alex Abraham) the ministry spread to all across Indonesia and abroad. Now Rock Ministries has more than 300 branches including USA, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, and many more.

Rachel trained in law at Melbourne but is the executive producer of homegrown independent production house Vinoun Films which is based both in KK and KL. Vinoun seeks to break grounds in art and entertainment as well as creatively building up young and rising talents who share the same passion and vision for the people and for the next generation. Rachel's is passionate about seeing young people rise up and walk in the God-given destiny for their lives. Rachel has seen the Lord use her to successfully build up a team of creative and growing young talent. She presently zone leads and shepherds the Heartseekers zone in Skyline and is co-leading the Young Adults Ministry.

Ps David Chang was in the banking industry for 25 years and was in the past, head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Citigroup and head of SEA Global Banking and Asia Pacific Investment Banking for HSBC. Today he is Assistant Pastor at the young adults’ “316 Church” in Singapore and also serves at http://truelove.is/ and Choices ministries in his nation. He is a dynamic and engaging Rhema international speaker. You will be blessed!

Having a heart for missions and developing lives, Terence and his family relocated from Kuala Lumpur to Battambang, Cambodia in 2014 to work amongst rural communities. Since 2016, they are now based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah - also working amongst rural indigenous folks and now, fronting several digital platforms to further the agenda of sustainable development and missions work. He is currently the co-founder of Wiki Impact – a data driven platform about social issues; Faithour – a digital platform that is faith and impact-focused; and Built To Last, a training and development organisation for rural youths in Sabah. Terence holds a Masters in Sustainable Development and enjoys training the younger generation in areas of leadership, missions and utilising tech to make a difference in communities and lives. He is also an international facilitator for the Haggai International ministry. He and Deb are currently leading CampusLife ministry of Skyline SIB. Together with their children, they enjoy spending their free time traveling and exploring the outdoors.
