Why Would He Care?

July 3, 2024 • Olivier Melnick • Acts 8:3–4

Psalm 8:3-4
When I see Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have established; What is man that You remember him, And the son of man that You care for him?

• The psalmist is in awe at God's creation and everything that surrounds him. We should be in awe as well, but what is more worthy of noticing is that the very same God who created the heavens, the moon and stars, created us and wants a personal relationship with us. He is never forcing us into a relationship but gave us a free choice to worship and adore Him. No other deity in the history of mankind comes even close to the personal God who loves us and sent His Son to die for us. Let Him know how grateful you are today!
