Why Would He Care?

Psalm 8:3-4 When I see Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have established; What is man that You remember him, And the son of man that You care for him?

• The psalmist is in awe at God's creation and everything that surrounds him. We should be in awe as well, but what is more worthy of noticing is that the very same God who created the heavens, the moon and stars, created us and wants a personal relationship with us. He is never forcing us into a relationship but gave us a free choice to worship and adore Him. No other deity in the history of mankind comes even close to the personal God who loves us and sent His Son to die for us. Let Him know how grateful you are today!

Take An Inventory

Acts 7:51-53 “You men—stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears—are always resisting the Holy Spirit. As your fathers did, so do you. And which one of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? They killed those who had previously announced the coming of the Righteous One, whose betrayers and murderers you have now become; you who received the Law as ordained by angels, and yet did not observe it.” • Stephen retold the story of his people and how God had protected them and provided for them over the years in so many ways. He accused them in no uncertain terms, and reminded them that their fathers had a reputation of killing the prophets and resisting messages from the Lord. Looking back at God's work in their lives, they should have been nothing but grateful for His provision and protection. When was last time you took time to take an inventory of all that God Has done for you?

Breaking Bread in Unity!

June 24, 2024 • Olivier Melnick • Acts 2:46–47

And daily devoting themselves with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number daily those who were being saved. • When the Body of Messiah was born in Jerusalem, there were no denominations, creeds, or church buildings, but simply men and women who put their trust in the death and resurrection of Yeshua the Messiah. Manmade regulations and differences started to appear, dividing the Body into many denominations way beyond what Yeshua started. Sound doctrine and good theology are essential to a healthy Christianity, but have we gone far beyond the major tenets of the faith? While never compromising on the majors, how much more effective would we be if we displayed more unity?

The Prophetic Guarantee!

John 19:36-37 For these things came to pass in order that the Scripture would be fulfilled, “NOT A BONE OF HIM SHALL BE BROKEN.” And again another Scripture says, “THEY SHALL LOOK ON HIM WHOM THEY PIERCED.” • The probability of the prophecies about the first coming of Messiah all being fulfilled 100% accurately is an amazing number. Yet, all that was predicted about Yeshua happened literally as written in our Bible. This makes His second coming even more exciting since there is no reason to believe any of the future prophecies will not be fulfilled literally as well. We can hear the clock ticking away towards the glorious return of Yeshua. Be excited, be filled with anticipation and keep looking up because the Messiah is on His way back.
