This week we look at another aspect of what allowed Paul to face imprisonment and persecution with strength: his clear conscience. The Bible has a lot to say about the importance of your conscience. Take some time and read through Paul's defenses he presents in Acts 21-26 paying attention to how certain Paul is of his own innocence. Also take a look at Hebrews 9, 1 Timothy 1 and 1 Corinthians 8 for further examination of what the Bible teaches about your conscience. You can also go to Biblegateway.com and look up the word "conscience" to see where it shows up in scripture.
