What if no one cares or understands?

We all go through various experiences in life, some of which are positive and bring us joy in the Lord. However, there are also times when we face negative experiences that affect us in different ways. Depending on our worldview or belief system, we may react negatively to such circumstances. Even if we try to maintain a positive outlook, negative emotions can linger. It’s important to recognize that this is not solely determined by our choices or willpower; we are not as powerful as we may think. This is why individuals who struggle with mental health issues often feel that nobody truly cares or understands them.

How can I continue living like this?
