Healthy Things Grow

Gospel of Mark - Part 8

June 18, 2023 • Mark 4:1–20, Luke 22:31–32, Psalm 16:11, Colossians 3:13

Healthy things grow! It's true of plants, it's true of organizations and, as we will see this week, it is true of people! Jesus, in one of his most well-known parables, shows us what happens when the truth of God's Word is planted in a person's heart. Does the Word produce fruit, or is it choked out? And why? We will find out this Sunday as Pastor Ben teaches from Mark 4:1-20.

Also, this Sunday is Fathers' Day, so we'll be taking a few moments to honor our dads and the significance they have in our lives. Looking forward to being together this week.

This message will bear witness of four men who went the extra mile for a paralyzed man in order to bring him to Jesus, and then Jesus both did and said something that left everyone saying, “We have never seen anything like this!”
