Why does it feel we are seeing more and more people “falling away” from the faith? This Sunday, as we follow Jesus into an upper room to take the last Passover meal with His disciples, we find this is not a new phenomenon. 

During this first communion, which we will commemorate as a church this week, Jesus says, “one of you will betray me," and then later says, “all of you will fall away.”
