Discipleship Practice: 

Spiritual Fitness: Go on a daily walk/jog/run/bike ride/get outside without headphones or limited distractions. Spend the time in conversation with Jesus & thank him for the gifts he has given you. Include a prayer of thanks for the gift of your body and physical capabilities.


*Keep this practice within the scope of your abilities. The focus is to move your body and thank God for the gift that it is.
