A training on what matters most and why that changes how we are here for it.

You have about 40 Wednesdays with the kids or teenagers you lead this year. Okay, that’s if they show up every week. In reality, you have about 20. And by now, many of them have already happened. So, how do we make the most of our time with them? We can’t teach the whole Bible in the time we have. So, how do we prioritize what matters most and teach it so the next generation can remember and apply it in their own lives? In this training, we’ll look at what Jesus said matters most and how we can elevate that message at every life stage.

A training on how to help kids and teenagers connect with God every day, everywhere. We want the next generation to experience an everyday faith. We want them to connect with God not just HERE in our building but wherever HERE is every day. So, how do we help kids and teenagers of all ages connect with God? In this training, we’ll discover how faith skills and habits can help the next generation develop an everyday faith that lasts.

A training on making HERE a safe place where kids and teenagers feel seen If we want kids and teenagers to trust us, they need to feel safe and trust that we know them. We need to know their stories, their potential, and about their everyday life. In this training, we will talk about the five questions kids and teenagers need leaders to know the answers to so they can feel known.
