If we want kids and teenagers to trust us, they need to feel safe and trust that we know them. We need to know their stories, their potential, and about their everyday life. In this training, we will talk about the five questions kids and teenagers need leaders to know the answers to so they can feel known.

A training on being here for kids and teenagers You signed up to be here for it. You know that showing up for kids and teenagers can make a big difference in their lives. But what does it practically look like? In this training, you’ll learn best practices for investing in the next generation.

A training on how to help kids and teenagers connect with God every day, everywhere. We want the next generation to experience an everyday faith. We want them to connect with God not just HERE in our building but wherever HERE is every day. So, how do we help kids and teenagers of all ages connect with God? In this training, we’ll discover how faith skills and habits can help the next generation develop an everyday faith that lasts.

A training on being here for the people who have the most influence in a kid or teenager’s life Nobody has more influence in the life of a kid than their parent. So, if we want to be here for the faith and future of the next generation, we need to be here for the people who influence them the most. In this training, we’ll talk about practical ways to be a great teammate (even if you’re not a parent yourself!) and tools you can use to help every family win.
