All of the religious feasts that Israel celebrated were a picture of the coming Messiah, Jesus Christ. He is the image, the perfect picture of God the Father. In the LIGHT we have life! Then we can go and light our world.

There’s a vast difference between knowing about Jesus and believing on Him for salvation. At the tomb of Lazarus, Jesus showed His power over physical death. In our spiritual lives, Jesus shows His power over sin and Satan by making us spiritually alive when we place our trust and faith in Him alone for salvation.
