This week, Ken and Grant are joined by Elizabeth Woning. Elizabeth is the founder of CHANGED, a network of men and women who have walked away from LGBTQ identity. In addition to member support, the CHANGED Movement works with legislators and think tanks to protect the First Amendment rights of all those seeking freedom from LGBTQ culture and its social labels. Elizabeth "came out" in her early 20s and attended a Presbyterian Church (USA) seminary living openly as a lesbian after questioning her sexuality for several years. As a student in seminary between 2000 and 2003, she lobbied for marriage and ordination of LGTBQ individuals and ministered among gay youth, espousing a theology that embraced homosexuality. Upon graduating, she served as a youth pastor in a small rural community, where an encounter with Jesus radically shifted her perspective. The love of God drew her into a revelation that led to repentance and healing. She married her husband Doug in 2005. Elizabeth holds a Master's in Theology and is completing her Doctor of Ministry degree in New Testament Theology at Houston Theological Seminary at Houston Christian University in Texas. She is a licensed pastor and teaches emerging leaders at Bethel Church's School of Ministry in Redding, California.
