What kind of individual does God choose to exemplify faith for us? What does running the race of life and faith look like? In Hebrews 11, we glimpse into the lives of 'the ancients' commended for their faith. These ancient people, recorded with all their imperfections, serve as powerful examples of walking with God in faith. They were not flawless; rather, they were imperfect yet possessed enough faith for God to showcase them as timeless examples. In this year’s summer series, 'By Faith,' we will unpack the lives of these ancients, embracing their flawed realities and explore how their ‘by faith’ moments established a path for our own journey of faith, unlocking the door to a more abundant life.

Trusting For Direction

There’s a lot to unpack in this story and it is one that it can be hard to understand with all the different decisions that Abraham made, but we’re still able to glean much of what it means to live by faith when we trust in God.
