We Keep Jesus at the Center

January 5, 2020 • Scott Scruggs

How can we aim to be a Jesus-centered church? By digging wells instead of building fences. Fences are meant to keep people either in or out and uphold the us/them boundaries in our culture. Wells on the other hand draw people in not by force, but by a need for fresh water that runs deep in every person. Let’s explore how Jesus is the living water we crave and how we can be a church family that shares that fresh well water with our neighbors.

It’s how Jesus calls us to live and the only way everyone feels the love of God they desperately need.
