What's Really Missing in Your Life

We need to stop just going to church be the church. In Corinthians, Paul says, “You are the building,” referring to the people that he is writing to as not just God's coworkers, but God's building. The best expression of the gathered church is much more like a Life Group than thousands of people gathered in a building. This type of community, of the Church, could be what's missing in your life.

What's Your Plan?

Rather than getting overwhelmed by whatever life throws at us, learning to take life one day at a time will not only help us get through the day, but it might lead to growth in our lives we never thought possible. Let’s not pretend this is easy – it’s not. But, God promises to walk with us each day, one day at a time – to give us an infusion of the kind of hope and encouragement we can find in his word to keep going.

A Church for the World

Pain and suffering are not ideal, but in those seasons, we grow the most. At our lowest points, we experience God's power the greatest. It's in those moments that the church becomes more than just a building, but a group of people called on mission together to serve. Service is so central to the Christian life, it's one of the most touched on topics in scripture. Serving is how we can go deep and wide in our faith, furthering our impact on the world.

Everything for Any-One

Jesus can change everything for anyone, but he will also give anything to save any one person. In one of Jesus' most famous parables, the Good Shepherd leaves his 99 other sheep to rescue the one that was lost. When he finds it, he Joyfully puts it on his shoulder. If you want Joy in your life, it starts with this, being a part of the mission of God to reach people, to reach any-one. So, who's your one?
