One of the most important truths in this series is this: If you we want to live like Jesus lived, we have to pray like Jesus prayed. Prayer is something most everyone participates in, yet no one is an expert. Prayer is a powerful exercise and rhythm that Jesus modelled, and taught about throughout his life and ministry. Jesus starts the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6 by instructing us how NOT to pray. God is not a formula or algorithm we need to solve. Neither is God is someone we need to manipulate.
