2. If I’m sharing a room with my spouse, do we need one or two tickets?
Answer: Two tickets. Ticket prices are based on the individual, not the room. Each person attending needs their own ticket, which includes 4 nights of lodging and 12 meals.
3. Are meals included in the ticket price?
Answer: Yes! Overnight guests receive 12 meals (starting with Monday dinner through Friday breakfast).
Commuter tickets include 8 meals (lunch and dinner only).
4. Will the food be kosher?
Answer: While the meals will not be certified kosher, we have requested they be biblically clean, meaning no pork or shellfish will be served.
5. Can I bring my own food?
Answer: Yes. Rooms include a compact refrigerator for your convenience. However, no cooking appliances are provided, and outside food is not allowed in the dining facility.
6. Are children welcome?
Answer: Yes! Children are encouraged to attend, but will need their own ticket. Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times. Based on attendance, we also plan to offer child-friendly activities during the retreat. (Children 0-2 are free)

Answer: Only RV occupants may bring leashed pets, and they must remain on the RV park grounds at all times.
8. Is there a discount for children or large families?
Answer: At this time, we do not offer child or family discounts. Ticket pricing reflects negotiated group rates with the conference center.
9. I have dietary restrictions. Will there be options for me?
Answer: Yes. The dining staff can accommodate many common dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian). Please note your restrictions during registration.
10. Is there an option to attend only part of the retreat?
Answer: Tickets cover the entire event. We are unable to offer partial stays. However, if you need to arrive late or leave early, you're still welcome to attend for the time you're able.
11. When is the registration deadline?
Answer: All registrations are due by July 31, 2025. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Per our venue contract, no registrations will be accepted after this date. Final attendee names and details must be confirmed in advance.
12. What is the refund policy?
Answer: All ticket sales are final. Due to financial commitments with the venue, we are unable to offer refunds unless the event is canceled.
