Steve is the Senior Pastor at First Lutheran Church in White Bear Lake, Minnesota and an adjunct faculty member at several seminaries. He has a particular passion for discipleship and leadership development in the church.

TJ Anderson addresses the conflict with our individualistic world view and being The Church in Mission. He shares how, as followers of Jesus, we are to live as though everyday life is a mission trip. TJ is the Senior Pastor of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church in Columbus, OH. He is energized and focused to be in mission with Jesus to reach those who do not yet know Him.
