As with anything in life, we should count the cost – what is the cost vs benefit of following Jesus? Every moment of our days we’re bombarded with calls to follow someone of some worldview. Like the sirens of Homer’s ilyad, many of these sirens are calling us to destruction on the jagged rocks of the zeitgeist that surrounds us. Like Moses did with the ancient Israelites centuries ago, Jesus is calling Christians to follow Him. Following Jesus will change your life forever and more!
