■ Description of Christer Bergus: Christer Bergus is a missionary and biblical educator who holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and travels internationally to teach and train. During his time as a full-time leader within Youth With A Mission (YWAM), he directed the Biblical Studies Department at the University of the Nations in Kona and spearheaded rigorous academic programs, including the School of Biblical Studies in Cambridge, England, and New Testament Greek courses. His itinerant ministry focuses on systematically teaching both the Old and New Testaments to cultivate a deeper devotion to Jesus and combat biblical illiteracy across the body of Christ. Beyond these institutional roles, he continues to make scriptural education accessible worldwide by producing recorded lectures, delivering guest sermons, and hosting public Bible studies. After overseeing Biblical studies programs in Kona for nine years, he moved with his wife, Miji, and son, Alexander, to South Korea, where as a family they enjoy hiking in the mountains and cycling by the Han River.
