Receive Counseling
■ As we transition into spring, where new life springs forth, it's an invitation to us to tend the things beneath the surface. We want to encourage people who are sitting on the fence or questioning whether they should or can seek out counseling. We want to also clarify that counseling is not the same as psychiatry and isn't only for crises situations. It's a place to work through a number of issues, including stress, challenges, or uncertainty with support. You don't have to be in a crisis to come, and you're not taking a spot from someone else by seeking help. It's important to process pain or difficulties early before it causes larger problems later. We believe counseling is an important part of self care.
