Joy is about connection and community, but it is so easy to loose sight of this, especially during the busyness of the Christmas season. Listen as Pastor Chris reminds us that Christmas is not about presents, it's about presence. DISCUSSION QUESTIONS What makes Christmas, Christmas for you? When was the last time you experienced joy? Who were you with? What made that time joyous for you? Is experiencing joy challenging for you in this season? If so, why? Mathew 1:23 says, "The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel -- which means, "God with us." How do you need to be reminded that He is with us? What will you need to do to ensure you can be present with him? What will it take to be present with those around you this Christmas, so that you can be with them?
