Register for Serve Day!

March 17, 2024

Join us for SERVE DAY - Sunday, March 17. We invite you to create your own project or choose one of our group projects below. Who lives around you that maybe could use some help? Is there someone that could use assistance with their yard, needs repairs to a fence, or even some painting? Maybe someone could use help cleaning their home or even helping with unwanted items that just need a new home. We encourage you to pray and ask God, "Who can I serve right around me?" All the projects below begin at 9:00a and will end around 11:00a. Here is a brief description of the projects. All the specifics of each project will be emailed to you the week before Sunday, March 17. Deep Well, Volunteers in Medicine, & Boys and Girls Club - landscape clean up, possible indoor painting, outdoor yard work. Gratitude Project - Write cards & create crafts for assisted care facility residents. Take them to residents. Beach Cleanup & Mile Marker 9 Clean up - walking and trash removal on Coligny Beach and around our "mile" on 278. HHICC Campus cleanup - landscape, pine straw, and other outdoor clean up to prepare our campus for Easter Weekend. We will once again participate in the St. Patty's Day Parade! Please arrive at Lowcountry Celebration Park (LCP) NO LATER than 1:00p. The parade begins at 2:00p. You can park at USCB and walk to meet our green and gold float at LCP or grab the shuttle that will be available. We have space for 10-12 people to sit and ride and need at least 10 people to walk alongside the float and handout our St. Patty's Day flyer with candy. Children 13 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult. The parade will end at USCB and you are free to leave once the parade is over. We hope you will join us! We would love to have you tag us @hiltonheadislandcc & share your photos and videos with us on social with the hashtag #forhhi & #servehhi so we can share with our church community. It's going to be an amazing day being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. Please register today!
