This is a weekly worship gathering message at Hillcrest Church in Bremerton, WA led by Pastor Brian Compton.

We are in a series called "The Shepherd" on Psalm 23.

TEMPTATIONS play a big role in your mind during the walk through the dark valley. You’ve got to deal with the temptation to COURSE CORRECT, or to CONTROL the situation, or hit the EJECT BUTTON on the entire journey (which is really like pulling the pin on a grenade). TEMPTATIONS really do run high during the dark valley days.

One important element of the dark valleys for us, they have the potential to be EXTREMELY FRUITFUL...If you water where you are planted, so to speak.
