Grace Defined

Grace is the gift no one deserves, but everyone needs! Grace transforms us and enables us to experience and know God’s goodness. But do we really know what it is? And how grace changes us? Or how can we experience it?

The Grace that Transforms: Sanctifying Grace

There is a grace that changes and sustains us. This is the love of God at work in our hearts and minds to transform us from the inside out. This grace softens our rough edges, heals our wounds, and makes us more like Jesus in the way we live and love. We call this sanctifying grace, and it is God’s commitment to never give up on us.

The Grace that saves: Justifying Grace

There is a grace that saves us from sin and death. This is the love of God at work in and through the cross of Jesus Christ. This grace sets us free and gives us new life. We call this justifying grace, and it is God’s gift of abundant and eternal life.

The Grace that comes before: Prevenient Grace
