What's your nickname? What do people say you are behind your back? The term Christian wasn't a compliment at the time it was created. But the first church wore that insult with pride. They were followers of Christ, and people were taking notice of whether they agreed with it or not. The term Christian doesn't have the same effect as it did then. Jesus Freak might be as close as we will ever get. Be sure your love for Jesus causes those around you to take note and maybe even give you a nickname for it.

Eternal Comfort in a Shaken World

No matter what is going on in our world there is one thing that should always bring us comfort. Jesus is coming back! If you know Him, you will be with Him in heaven! Until then we still have work to do!

We all know how to get drunk. You drink enough alcohol and you will talk differently, you sing and act differently. The same is true of the Holy Spirit. You need to take him in every day and you will talk and sing and act differently.
