Child-like Play

When was the last time you let loose and had fun? When was the last time you played? As we get older, play can seem less and less of a priority. Kids, on the other hand, play all the time. Play was given to us as a way to enjoy life and connect with others around us. In this sermon we will explore how play can be a path toward enjoying life with others and with our creator.

Child-like Dependency

Children, especially infants, are entirely dependent on the adults around them for everything. As adults, our goal becomes to be independent but sometimes we can take our independence too far. In this sermon we will explore how we were created to be dependent on God and on others.

As parents and adults, we are tasked with teaching and influencing the kids in our lives. But just as much, kids teach us. In the opening of this series we will explore how kids teach us to seek wonder in ordinary things all around us including our relationship with God.
