Jesus first act of humiliation was in his incarnation. God stepped out of the glory of heaven to become a human baby. How is it that the God who was there at creation would humble himself to become an infant? A baby who was totally dependent on a mother’s care giving up perfection to live here on earth. What is it that we learn about God through this act?
