Why Am I So Stressed?
September 29, 2024 • Pastor Paul Vaughan • John 16:33, Exodus 20:8–10, Psalm 23:2, 2 Peter 1:10, Galatians 6:2
This week we will continue with our sermon series titled "Asking For A Friend." Throughout this series, we will tackle several questions that many of us may have but are hesitant or fearful to ask.
The topic for this week's message and the "Asking For A Friend" question is: "Why Am I So Stressed?" In our fast-paced world, this question is especially relevant to us today. Let's be clear: stress itself isn't the problem - it's how we manage it. Some may think that following Jesus guarantees a life free of challenges, but we know life has its highs and lows. What we truly seek isn't a life without stress, but a life filled with true peace.
This week, we'll explore four key reasons why stress might feel like your (or your friend's) constant companion, and we'll share ways to break its hold so that we can experience lasting peace, no matter what life throws at us.
Scripture: John 16:33, Exodus 20:8-10, Psalm 23:2, 2 Peter 1:10, Galatians 6:2, Hebrew 13:6

How Do I Share My Faith?
September 22, 2024 • Pastor Paul Vaughan • Matthew 5:13–16, Acts 1:8, Mark 16:15, Romans 10:13–15
This week we will continue with our sermon series titled "Asking For A Friend." Throughout this series, we will tackle several questions that many of us may have but are fearful to ask.
In this week's message "How Do I Share My Faith," you'll discover your purpose and how to live it out. I'll even go ahead and spoil part of it for you right now. If you don't know Jesus yet, your purpose is to get to know Him. And if you already know Jesus, your purpose is to help others get to know Him. Many of us ask, "How do I even go about sharing my faith?" Now that may sound tough and scary, the reality is that it's far simpler than we often imagine. In today's message we will explore three simple and practical ways to share your faith.
Scripture: Matthew 5:13-16, Acts 1:8, Mark 16:15, Romans 10:13-15

September 15, 2024 • Pastor Paul Vaughan • Revelation 3:20, John 14:6, John 3:16, Acts 4:12, John 10:9
This week we will continue with our sermon series titled "Asking For A Friend." Throughout this series, we will tackle several questions that many of us may have but are fearful to ask. In this week's message we will answer one of the most divisive questions in history, the question "Is Jesus The Only Way To God?"
Many people wonder whether all religions lead to God or if there are multiple paths to God. According to the Bible, Jesus is undeniably the only way. But how do we know this, and why is it true? In this week's message, we will address four of the biggest objections to this truth, helping us to understand why the answer to the question, "Is Jesus The Only Way To God?" is in fact a resounding, Yes!
Scripture: John 14:6, John 3:16, Acts 4:12, John 10.9, Revelation 3:20
