Before you begin this Bible study, If you have never believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior, John 3:16 tells us: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have eternal life.” Simply have faith that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and you will have eternal life and be saved. If you have believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior, then 1 John 1:9 tells us, “If you confess your sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Simply privately tell God the Father your sins to be filled with God the Holy Spirit and He will teach you Bible truth (rebound).

“And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit.” Ephesians 5:18
Mark 8:1-10- Period of Time-Hypostatic Union
Jesus, who is the Son of God, always did things while filled with God, the Holy Spirit’s power, when He lived during the Hypostatic Union.
Last week, we saw that our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, fed over 5,000 men, plus women and children with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish. On a different day, a group of 4,000 hungry people were gathered around Jesus for about 3 days straight.
There weren’t any grocery stores nearby. So, what do you think Jesus did? Did He make a phone call and order tacos? Did He send His
disciples to pick up hamburgers, and fries for everyone? He didn’t do any of this. Instead, He was given 7 loaves of
bread, and a few fish. Jesus, who was filled with God, the Holy Spirit, performed a miracle. He was able to turn the loaves and fish into enough food to fill everyone up.
There were even 7 baskets of food left over! In this case, the people were filled with food for their hungry bodies, and their souls were filled with, Bible Doctrine.
Our souls get hungry in a different way than our bodies do. They need lots of Bible Doctrine to feed them. Our souls are happy when they are filled with God, the Holy Spirit.
Spirit.
When we sin, our souls are miserable. When we make mistakes, we just need to rebound and tell God the Father, privately inside our minds whatever we have done wrong. When we do this, we are automatically filled with God, the Holy
When you are filled with God, the Holy Spirit, He teaches you Bible Doctrine. Then your soul is like a refrigerator that is plugged in. Everything inside is fresh and delicious.
When you are not filled with God, the Holy Spirit, your soul is like a refrigerator that isn’t
plugged-in. When you peek inside of it, the strawberries are moldy, the milk is spoiled and the hamburger smells
like stinky kitty litter.
Jesus was always filled with God, the Holy Spirit, when He lived during the Hypostatic Union. He never lost the filling of the Holy Spirit, because He never sinned.
Today in the Church Age, our souls need to be like a plugged in refrigerator that is full of fresh, tasty food. So, remember, when you make a mistake, you need to tell God the Father what you did wrong, so your soul will be filled with God, the Holy Spirit.

“And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit.” Ephesians 5:18
What fills our bodies? How about Halloween candy? Halloween bags start out empty. But, when they are filled up, they might have chewy yellow, red and green candy, chocolate bars, suckers or gummy people. I’ll bet your mouth is watering just thinking about tasting your favorites.
What would happen if you went out to collect candy on Halloween, and got home, and dumped your bag of goodies out on the kitchen table, and the bag was empty? I’ll bet you would be disappointed and
feel like you wasted your time.
Gum ball machines, are a lot of fun when they are filled with purple, blue, orange, and green pieces of bubble gum. But, when you run out of gum, they aren’t much fun, are they? The only way that they work is when they are filled up.
What about our souls? They get hungry too, and need to be fed. What do you think they need? How about peanut-butter and jelly sandwiches or grilled cheeses? Nope. This won’t fill our souls. It only fills up our bodies.
During the Church Age, which is the time period we live in today, God, the Father has given every one of us something called the filling of God, the Holy Spirit. God, the Holy Spirit gives us His power to do things. It’s not something you can eat like candy or gum. It’s for your soul.
When you are filled with God, the Holy Spirit, you are getting help from Him. He gives us His power. It’s just like that Halloween bag when it’s filled up with candy and treats!
How do you get filled with God, the Holy Spirit? Do you jibber jabber, dance around in circles until you get dizzy, or buy it at a grocery store? No, you don’t do anything, except rebound the bad things that you think, do, or say to God, the Father.
Wow, isn’t it amazing how simple God makes it? When you don’t rebound, you are trying to do things without letting God help you. It’s like collecting candy during Halloween, and coming home to find the bag empty. God wants you to be filled with God, the Holy Spirit. So, that way, you will have your soul filled up with, Bible Doctrine.
Mark 6:33-44-Time Period-The Hypostatic Union One day, Jesus was out teaching a huge
crowd of people, there were over 5,000 men, plus women and children. They got really hungry, but there weren’t any stores around to buy food.
Jesus, who was filled with God, the Holy Spirit, performed a miracle. He took 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish and made it into enough food, to fill up the hungry stomachs of the whole crowd of people. There were even 12 baskets of food left over! Their souls were filled with Bible Doctrine, and their bodies were filled with food.

“I have set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall serve as a sign of a covenant between Me and the earth.” Genesis 9:13
I wonder why God chose Noah to build the ark out of all of the people that were living on earth. Noah wasn’t picked because he was smart or perfect or never did bad things.
God selected Noah because he knew that Jesus would die on the cross to pay for his sins, and he loved learning God’s Word more than anything else in the world.
God doesn’t think like people do. God knows how we think on
the inside and He knows what is best for us (omniscience).
Noah was also humble, which meant that he knew a big secret that most people didn’t understand. He knew that he should obey God instead of doing things his own way. Our Heavily Father knows what is best for us way better than we do.
Genesis 7:6-8:22-Period of Time-Age of the Gentiles
After Noah and his family and the animals entered the ark, God closed the door. It started raining and the waters under the earth started coming up. It rained and water rose for 40 days and nights. The ark floated and swayed through the water without even tipping over.
God never forgot about Noah during that time.
After the rain stopped, Noah and his family still
couldn’t leave the ark because the water was so high that it covered every bit of grass, the treetops, and even the mountains. Noah had no idea where he was, but God did; He knew everything (Omniscience).
Can you imagine what it would be like to travel for 40 days and nights and feel the waves tossing you around, but not knowing where you were going? I’ll bet Noah and his family missed seeing the sunshine and the blue skies.
I wonder if the animals missed dry land. Did the sheep miss grazing in the pasture? Did the robins dream about hunting for worms in the grass? Did the hyenas laughter, drive everyone around them crazy?
Can you imagine Noah going up and down ladders to each floor of the
ark when he was over 600 years old? What did they eat? I can tell you right now that I doubt if it was hot dogs, cotton candy, or jelly beans.
We do know that Noah was patient, and he and his family waited inside the ark while it floated around and around for 150 days. One day, God sent lots and lots of wind, and the water started drying up. By this time, they had all been on the ark for 6 long months.
Finally, one day, the ark finally came to a stop and rested upon the mountains of Ararat. Did they get off the ark yet? No, they waited and waited some more, and after 40 days, the mountain tops started showing.
Noah sent out a raven 40 days later, and it flew around. Next, he sent out a dove, but he didn’t find a resting place, so it came back to the ark, because lots of water still covered the trees and the ground.
Another week went by, and Noah sent the dove out again. You will never guess what happened! The dove came back in the evening with a fresh olive leaf in her beak. Wow! That meant the water was below the tree tops! Noah sent the dove out once more, and it never came back.
Noah and his family ended up being on that ark for a little over a year before they were finally able to get off. He removed the cover, and God told them to scatter everywhere and fill up the whole earth with people again.
The first thing Noah did when he got off the ark was to sacrifice some of each kind of clean animal to God and thanked Him for keeping them all safe. God placed a rainbow in the sky as His promise never to destroy the earth again by a flood. God always keeps His promises.

“For nothing will be impossible with God.” Luke 1:37
Genesis 6:11-7:1-24-Period of Time-Age of the Gentiles
Last week, we learned that a long time ago, God saw that the whole earth was filled with violence and corruption. Much of it was caused by Satan and his group of fallen angels, as well as the evil people on earth.
Our Heavenly Father realized that something drastic had to be done, so He decided to flood the entire earth to punish them.
God picked Noah and his wife and 3 sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth, and their wives, to be saved from the flood out of all of the people in the entire world. Noah had accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior,
and he loved and trusted God very much. God told Noah His plan for the flood, and that He wanted him to build a huge ship called an ark.
Last week we saw that Noah obeyed God even though it probably didn’t make any sense to him. During the Age of the Gentiles, when this took place, it had never rained before. In fact, Noah had lived for over 500 years by this time, and had never even had to even use an umbrella.
Can you imagine Noah obeying God for that long when everyone else hated God? I am sure it wasn’t easy.
God didn’t want all of the animals to drown, so He told Noah that He wanted him to bring 2 of every kind of animals, both male and female, and 7 of every kind of clean animals into the ark. The clean animals were for food, for Noah and his family, and for a sacrifice to God.
Noah spent a long time, in fact, 120 years, building this giant ship that was really a floating zoo. The size of it was massive, and it would take 30 cars lined up bumper to bumper for the length of the ark; 90 loaves of bread put end-to-end for the width of the ark, and 9 gorillas standing on each other’s heads for the height of the ark.
Work, work, work. Pound, pound, pound. Run up the ladders. Run down the ladders. At
last, the ark was finished! Noah loaded lots of food into the ark for him and his family, and then God sent lots and lots of animals to him. Two-by-two, in went boy and girl tigers, boy and girl zebras, and boy
and girl turtles. All kinds of birds flew into the ark, and, of course, more animals that Noah and his family could use for food and sacrifice.
Finally, the time came for Noah, who was over six hundred years old, and his family, to obey God and go inside the ark. God closed the huge door, and it was sealed so tightly that water couldn’t get inside the ark.
Seven days later, it started raining, and water rose up from the ground until there wasn’t any dry land. The water got so high that it even covered up the tops of the mountains! God kept Noah and his wife and 3 sons, and their wives safe as they floated in the giant box-like ship on top of the water. It rained and rained for 40 days and nights. Despite that, Noah kept on trusting God.
Can you imagine what it must have been like inside the ark? Birds were chirping and flying around and the monkeys chattered. I wonder if Noah or his family rode the horses around the ark to do their chores. I’m pretty sure Noah must have held his nose a lot, too, because there weren’t the most pleasant smells coming from the ark.
It seems impossible for this to happen, but impossible isn’t in God’s vocabulary. God kept Noah and his family safe in the ark. If He can keep Noah safe, then He can keep you safe, too.

‘Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.” Ephesians 6:1
Hey kids, did you know that God gave you a very important job? It’s to obey your parents! When you listen to your mom and dad, or even your step- parents and do what they tell you to do without arguing, you are obeying both them and God. When you say yes to mom or dad, you are saying yes to God.
One day a boy named Cody asked his dad if he could have a cupcake, but his dad told him that it was almost lunch time and that a snack would spoil his appetite.
Cody went outside and saw his neighbor pulling out of their driveway and he waved good-bye to
them. As soon as the coast was clear, he snuck into their back yard and went inside of their house. He opened the refrigerator and found some purple grapes. Cody began tossing them one by one into the air while trying to catch them in his mouth. Most of them fell on the floor.
When the neighbors got home, they couldn’t understand why grapes were all over the floor! They went across the street and asked Cody’s parents if they had seen anybody break into their house.
Soon, they found out what Cody did. He not only got punished, but he needed to rebound as well in order to get back in fellowship with God.
Genesis 6:11-22-Period of Time-Age of the Gentiles There was a man in the Bible named Noah. He accepted The Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior and
loved and trusted God very much. He was always willing to listen to Gods’ Word. He lived a long time ago, during the Age of the Gentiles. He and his wife started having kids when he was 500 years old. They had three boys named Shem, Ham and Japheth.
Noah lived at a time when the whole world was filled with violence and wickedness. Even though everyone around him chose to do the wrong things and didn’t love or even think about God, Noah kept on obeying, trusting and learning all about God. I’ll bet that wasn’t easy!
God saw all of the horrifying stuff that the people and even the fallen
angels did! They did not care about Him, and only thought about themselves. He decided to punish them by sending a flood all over the entire earth. He told Noah His plans, and gave him the floor plans so he could build a giant boat, called an ark.
The Bible tells us the length of Noah’s ark was 300 cubits long. Its width was 50 cubits, and its height was 30 cubits. To get an idea of how long it was, it would be the length of 68 big alligators each lined behind each other in a row. It would be as tall as five giraffes standing on top of each other.
Noah worked his fingers to the bone on the ark for a long time. In fact, it took him 120 years! He didn’t have circular power saws, drills or even electricity to do this! After Noah was done with the ark, the inside of it looked sort of like a zoo because it had lots of empty rooms for animals to live in it. There were even rooms for Noah and his family.
In all of that time, none of the other people believed that God was going to flood the entire earth. Can you imagine how they must have made fun of Noah! Noah obeyed God anyway. God wants all of us to be like Noah and obey Him, even if everyone else does not.

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
One hot summer day, two trouble maker boys spotted Maria zooming down the street on her red bike. As she started up a steep hill, they got an idea to have some fun with her….
When Maria got to the top of the hill, they pushed her off her bike and knocked her to the
ground. Then, they picked her up and stuffed her into a barrel and put the lid on it.
At the count of 3, they pushed the barrel with Maria
in it, down the hill. Maria screamed, and screamed because she thought she was going to die!
Her brother Juan was fishing in the river nearby and heard her screaming and ran over and rescued her. Juan’s dad called the police and they went to each of the boy’s houses and arrested them. Maria didn’t know it, but God was watching over her, and He saw all of the unfair things that had happened, to her.
God knew that Maria was constantly afraid to go outside because she was afraid of them mean bullies hurting her again. So, He came up with a plan to help her.
A few weeks after that happened to Maria, her friend Roxann invited her to vacation Bible school. She heard the most wonderful news. The Lord Jesus Christ had died to pay for her sins, and if she believed that, she would get to go to Heaven when she died!
Wow, she never had to worry about what would happen to her if she died. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior. After that, she learned all about what she needed to do when she was afraid of the bullies or other people.
All she had to do was to rebound, which means to tell God that she was afraid, and then recover by remembering some great promises from God to deal with bullies.
“Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the LORD your God is the one who goes with you. He will not fail or
forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6
“Casting all your anxiety on Him for He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7
“There is none like the God of Jeshurun, Who rides the heavens to your help, And through the skies in His majesty.” Deuteronomy 33:26
So, when you get bullied or treated unfairly, it’s very important that you have a talk with God about it. That means, tell God all of the things that you may be feeling like being scared or angry. Then God will help you remember one of His promises so that you can recover.
God is the only fair person in the universe. Every time you are treated unfairly; He knows all about it and wants to help you. He totally understands everything that you are going through.

Dawn loved writing stories. Everyone in the class was assigned a project that they had to write a chapter book. Dawn wrote a story called “Sugar the Dog,” and she even made 2 cardboard covers for it and glued flowered material on them. Even though she worked hard on it, her teacher gave her a lower grade because she turned it in 1 day late. Dawn was really mad at her teacher!
Was it the teacher’s fault that Dawn forgot to turn her assignment in on time? NO! It was Dawn’s fault. Dawn needed to bounce back into fellowship with God. She needed to tell God the Father what she did
wrong. This is called rebounding. Also, she had to pay the consequences by getting a lower grade.
Mr. Syric taught English and he was one of the most boring teachers in the whole school. Most of the students tried to pay attention, but it was really hard at times. He was one of the only teachers that still used chalk and a chalkboard to teach with.
One day before class, 2 twin boys Eric and Jarrod took all of the big erasers and clapped them together all around Mr. Syric’s desk.
When Mr. Syric came into the room and sat at his desk, he had an asthma attack and could barely breathe because of all of the chalk dust. It sure was a good thing that he had his rescue inhaler.
Both boys ended up being caught and they were really angry when they got suspended. They blamed Mr. Syric because he was so boring.
Was it Mr. Syric’s fault? NO! It was their fault. Eric and Jarrod needed to bounce back into fellowship with God. They needed to privately tell God the Father what they did wrong. This is called rebounding. They also had to pay the consequences by getting suspended.
It never pleases God when you do something wrong and blame someone else. God wants you to admit what you did right away. You need to respect your teachers whether you like them or not, even if they are boring or give you a bad grade.
Who needs to rebound?
Anyone who has accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior and sins How do you rebound?

Hunter’s favorite sport was basketball. He was so excited when he and most of his friends were chosen to play for their school team! They practiced every
chance that they could at each other’s houses.
Soon it was time to play the very first game of the
year. Hunter couldn’t wait to play. He was a little sad when the coach made him sit on the bench. But, he cheered his team on. Finally, the coach put him in the game in the last quarter.
Someone on the opposite team took a shot and it missed the basket and hit the rim. Hunter zoomed underneath the hoop and caught the ball and dribbled
it down the court and… swish! He scored the winning basket for his team! What Hunter did was rebound the ball, which meant that the ball bounced off the rim and he recovered it.
When we sin, we need to privately tell God the Father what we did wrong. That way we recover fellowship with God. God is pleased when you get in fellowship with Him. We call this rebounding or confessing your sin.
How do we know what we did is wrong? Some sins you speak with your mouth. Some you think, and some you do.
Speaking Sins: telling on someone, saying mean things about someone, making fun of someone, lying
Thinking Sins: being angry, being jealous, being afraid, hating someone
Doing Sins: kicking, your brother, stealing, being a bully, cheating on a test, disobeying
God tells us in Bible verse at the top of the lesson that if we confess (tell) our sins, to God. He will forgive you for what you did wrong and even for the stuff you didn’t know was wrong.

One day Sophie’s grandpa Larry bought some property. He couldn’t wait to show it off to her and her twin brothers Connor and Chris. Larry’s dog Misty climbed into his truck and the rest of them followed.
When they got to the property, Grandpa Larry opened his door and Misty jumped down and took off running after a squirrel. Everyone ran after her, but she disappeared into some tall grass.
Suddenly, without warning, there were thousands of grasshoppers jumping and flying through the air. Their chirping sounded like something you might hear in a scary movie.
Sophie was totally freaked out after they left grasshopper goo all over her glasses! She ran as fast as she could in order to get away from them. Just before she closed the truck door, she screamed when a grasshopper jumped out of her pony tail!
Grandpa Larry and her brothers laughed at Sophie. They weren’t scared at all. Instead, they collected lots of grasshoppers in a jar to use as fishing bait. Then, Grandpa Larry whistled for Misty and they all got back in the truck and went home.
When Sophie got home, she remembered what she had learned from her Sunday school teacher. She was supposed to rebound when she did something wrong. Sophie was afraid and that is a thinking sin.

Jr. Tree of Life Are Zombies & Heaven Real? Part 3
Before you begin this Bible study, if you have never believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior, John 3:16 tells us: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have eternal life.” Simply have faith that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and you will have eternal life and be saved. If you have believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior, then 1 John 1:9 tells us: “If you confess your sins, He is faithful and
righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Simply privately tell God the Father your sins to be filled with God, the Holy Spirit, and He will teach you Bible truth. (Rebound)
Promise Memory Verse “Ah Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You.” Jeremiah 32:17
Last week, we talked about Satan. Sometimes he is called the devil or Lucifer. Nobody knows his real name. He is a cherub angel that decided he wanted to take over God’s throne and be worshiped instead of God. He is a cruel, vicious, lying, scumbag, drama queen who gathers his crews of fallen angels to make up false stories that make us question the truth about Heaven.
He is no match for the loving, perfectly fair, always truthful God of our universe, though. God cares deeply
about every one of us and knows how many hairs are on our heads.
That is why He made it so easy to have eternal life and get to live with Him in Heaven after we die.
It’s so simple for our souls to go to Heaven after we die. Simply believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for all of your sins and you will have eternal life. You don’t have to do anything else to get into Heaven. It’s faith alone in Christ alone.
Every other story that is out there about what happens after we die comes directly from Satan and his fallen angels. Zombies don’t exist. Our souls will never stay in our bodies and then come out of the grave and suck other people’s brains
out.
Ghosts aren’t real. Our souls don’t hang around after we die and haunt buildings, play the piano, moan or kill other people.
Once you die your soul will directly to Heaven without even the help of a rocket. You will not become reincarnated and be born all over again into someone else. You will always be the special, one of a kind person that God created you to be.
Heaven will be way better than any vacation you have ever had: magnificent colors, gems, golden streets and pearly gates will shine, shimmer and sparkle with the
brightness that only comes from God.
Everyone will understand each other when they talk. You will get to see your family members who have already gone to Heaven before you. You will have friends and will never feel lonely, bullied or left out. God’s unfailing love will wrap around you forever and ever.
You will never fall out of a tree, eat stuff you hate, or be bitten by a spider. Every day will be full of wonderful surprises and special gifts. God designed a special job personally just for you, and it will be more fun than zipping down a swirly water slide, swimming in a wave pool or riding a roller coaster.
It will be so much fun to have a new body that will be able to walk through walls and fly. Never again will you have to worry about gaining weight because you ate a basket full of candy or had too much junk food. You will never be stressed out, or exhausted ever again. Learning Bible Doctrine is so important because it always teaches you the truth instead of a lie. Heaven is real!

Promise Memory Verse
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” Genesis 1:1 God created Satan, who was a beautiful,
smart, cherubim angel. His job was to guard
the throne room of God. One day, he decided that he was tired of doing what God told him to do. The only thing he really wanted was to be worshipped like God and take over his throne. He even convinced one-third of the angels in Heaven to say no to God and to follow him.
After God created people, smart-alecky Satan used his smooth speech to trick Eve in the Garden of Eden, making it seem like she would be as smart as God if she ate the fruit.
Satan is an evil, lying, scammer, and he wants you to think that the only thing to look forward to after you die is for you to turn into a creepy rotting zombie that comes back to life and eats people’s brains.
Zombies can seem so real, but God didn’t create them. Satan came up with this idea to keep you from learning the truth, that if you believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior, you will go to Heaven when you die.
Heaven is very real, and is located far above the clouds. We can’t see it with our human eyes, even if we use binoculars or a telescope. We know it exists because Genesis 1:1 says that God created it.
It’s the most beautiful place that has ever existed. There won’t be any need for the sun or the moon or even electricity in Heaven. God’s glory will glow with a light so bright that it will shimmer across the crystal gem colored walls so that they sparkle like a million rainbows.
There will be a glossy, glassy, twinkling river, polished pearly gates and a glittery street made of gold that is lined with fruit trees. There is nothing like this anywhere on earth, even if you go to Disneyland.
God will give you a cool, exciting job that He personally designed just for you. Nobody will ever have a bad day, or be stressed out in Heaven. Your days will be filled with fun and laughter.
Every day will feel like Christmas because and you will spend time finding hidden treasures, going to parties, and learning new things. You
will be full of energy and will never get tired or crabby. Never again will you cry sad tears, have a toothache, or be stung by a wasp.
You will never be lonesome in Heaven or feel like you don’t belong. Every single day, God’s precious love will surround you like a fuzzy, furry blanket. You will have plenty of friends in Heaven and will get to meet all of the people you have learned about in the Bible, and even angels.
None of us knows whether there are dogs and cats in Heaven, but there will defiantly be horses. You will get to play instruments, and sing in concerts and hang out with Jesus. You will be able to travel through the air even faster than a jet airplane.
Hell is a very real place. You will only go there if you chose to not accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. It’s a miserable, fiery furnace that is filled with nothing but sadness and pain and the feeling of not being loved.
Heaven is a very real place, and all of those who accept Jesus Christ as their Savior will go there. Next week, we will learn some more about Heaven.

Promise Memory Verse
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to
the Father but through Me.” John 14:6
Some people think that Heaven is a fairytale and that it doesn’t really exist. God isn’t in the business of making things up. He is veracity and always tells us the truth. It’s impossible for Him to lie.
Today, we hear so many lies that it’s really hard to know what is true and what is false. Do zombies really exist? No. People don’t come back to life and suck other people’s brains out after they die. How do we know this? When we studied about Adam, we saw that God created him from dust.
When our soul leaves our body, that body eventually turns back into dust. God would never let our worn out bodies spring back to life and kill other people.
When we die, our souls need a place to go. They don’t hang around here on earth moaning, throwing books off shelves, or playing the piano inside of old boarded up houses or your basement. The grocery store isn’t haunted just because you heard a weird noise by the deli when you were grocery shopping.
There is no such thing as a house that is haunted, or even ghosts. Unfortunately, Satan who is a fallen angel, and is the father of all lies, made up both of those two stories to confuse us about Heaven. He is hoping that nobody goes to Heaven. He is the most miserable creature that God ever created.
If you have believed in Jesus Christ as your Savior, your soul goes to Heaven to live with God forever when you die. God will give you a special new body that can fly without wings. You will be able to go into a room without going through a door, or blasting a hole in the wall with dynamite.
Unbelievers are people that don’t accept Jesus Christ as their Savior. They never wanted to be around Jesus, so God gives them their wish and sends their souls go to an awful place called torments and then to hell at the end of human history. It’s a fiery furnace where people cry out in constant pain and misery forever. Eventually, Satan will end up
there as well. He hates the Lord Jesus Christ and is jealous of Him.
Heaven is far above the clouds, and even further away than the moon. It takes a rocket 3 days to reach the moon. When we die, our soul will go to Heaven in the blink of an eye. We won’t be alone or afraid to leave our bodies behind with our family and friends.
When you get to Heaven, you will never be lonely. You will get to see your family and friends who have died and have believed in Jesus Christ as their Savior. You will get to meet Jesus, and he will wrap you in His loving arms forever. You are His precious little lamb.
Heaven is full of a light from the glory of God. There will be walls made of beautiful sparkly gems of every color imaginable. The gates will be gigantic pearls. It will have streets made of gold that look like crystal glass. There will be a shimmering river that is so clear that we can see through it. Can you imagine no more unclean muddy brown water?
There will be no germs in Heaven, and nobody will ever get sick with Covid-19, cancer, or even the flu. You will never have to worry about wearing braces, glasses, being in a wheel chair, or growing old.
It’s very important to learn Bible Doctrine so you will always be able to tell the truth from a lie. Next week, we will learn some more about Heaven.

“A quick-tempered man acts foolishly, And a man of evil devices is hated.” Proverbs 14:17
Genesis 4:1-16-Period of Time-Age of the Gentiles Last week, we saw that Cain didn’t listen to
God. He did what he wanted to do instead. He wasn’t a happy person. Cain stayed angry and jealous because God accepted Abel’s lamb sacrifice and not his.
The more he thought about it, the angrier he became. Both brothers went for a walk out into the fields, and then something horrible happened! Cain attacked Abel and murdered him! Nothing like this had ever taken place before.
God was aware of exactly what occurred, and asked Cain where Abel
was. Cain’s attitude was snarky with God, and he pretended like he had
no idea. Murdering someone is a very serious crime! God sent Cain away from his home and he was never allowed to farm again.
God never wants you to go around sulking, stomping your feet, or throwing a fit when you are told to do something. If you do this, you are out of fellowship with God, and you need to rebound because you are very foolish.
God wants you to think about the other kids in your class, and obey the rules that your teacher makes. If you are told to wear a mask, then you need follow directions so that you help keep your classmates safe. If you are supposed to social distance, don’t complain, just obey and respect your teacher. That is doing things God’s way.
I have an idea, to help you remember to listen to and obey your teachers. Lets’ use your imagination to help remind you about following the rules God made. Oh look, there is a robin eating a worm. Even birds have to obey God. When was the last time you saw a robin swimming across the river?
Outside the window are some playful squirrels running around in circles and dashing up a tree. Even squirrels have to obey God. When was the last time you saw a squirrel driving a UPS truck delivering packages?
Corrie the cat is purring while lying on top of a pillow. Even cats have to obey God. When was the last time you saw a cat baking cookies or
barking like a dog?
God gave the moon the job of lighting the night time sky. When was the last time, it got bored and went swimming in the lake? Even the moon has to obey God.
