The night on which Jesus was born was like none other, before or since. For on that night, the Son of God was born, taking on flesh and blood here on earth. The very nature of God is holy, and Jesus’ presence made that night special and unique and holy, above all others. Yet, it’s easy to know the story too well and overlook why holiness matters then and today, too, on this Christmas Eve!
