Israel in the Wilderness

To escape slavery to the Egyptians, God led the Israelites out of Egypt into the wilderness. It may have simply seemed like a way to move them somewhere safe, but as we follow the journey, it becomes clear God had greater purposes at work. Sometimes we find ourselves in a lonely place, a wilderness. Is it possible God has led us there, or even allowed us to find ourselves there… because He has a bigger plan? Today we’ll see what Scripture shows us.

The first time he was led there by God, but the second time fear drove him there without God’s guidance.
