In Mark we see that from the very beginning, even as Jesus begins his ministry, he doesn’t begin it alone but calls others to join him in the journey. He issues an invitation to individuals to be his disciples, and it’s a surprising group that he calls. Today we’ll explore who Jesus calls and what he calls his disciples to be and do.
