My family didn’t really play board games. I can’t remember my parents
ever playing a board game with us. I do remember Twister. I found it odd and
uncomfortable. There was a level of intimacy that was just a bit off for me. When we
chose this game as a topic of teaching I couldn’t help but consider how we get things
twisted. Not the game but in our minds. I seems the view of human sexuality and even
gender is twisted. How do we stop playing the game and find healing?
