Despite the best efforts of a determined fly to deter the message, last Sunday we learned about and practiced lectio divina, also known as sacred reading. We were reminded that God's word is living and breathing and still speaking to each and every one of us when we listen. I hope you find ways to try out this practice and learn the joy of hearing God's voice in our sacred scriptures.
