Celebrations, like the Celebration of Joy that we’re having today, help us remember important moments. There are events in the Old Testament to show and celebrate God’s power and movement through the generations.. Communion is a reminder of Jesus’ sacrifice for us. These moments help us understand who God is and who He wants us to be. We are then to take that understanding and message to those around us.
The truth that we know is that Christ will return.

Unfettered Joy

Joy is independent of our circumstances. Joy won’t be stifled when the Gospel matters most. When your life is not your own, the reality of the end generates joy. Joy is a weapon to find resilience and grit. Choosing Jesus produces joy.
