To be a blessing… that’s what Abraham was called to be. Our doing always flows from our being. God’s so generous, even to a fault, that he will give you as much as you need to be a blessing to those around you! Acknowledge your need is a key element of prayer. My need for connection with the Father’s character and trust in his provision as well as the freedom those trust behaviors trigger. But the ‘ask’ in part of these verses is for someone else! God, in your provision of me and my needs, may you give me enough for others. (James, asking for the wrong reasons reference.)
