Student Paintball Day

April 24, 2021

One of the things the students look forward to the most each year is our paintball day. We head out to Legends Paintball in Spring and spend a few hours hanging out and playing. This is a great opportunity if you have a student in 6-12 grade for them to be a part of an event with our student ministry. It is only $20 to participate and that gets you hours of fun then lunch afterwards. You can find more information at the button above or by contacting our church office!

Summer Retreat

Summer Retreat is one of the most important weeks for your student. It is their opportunity to get away and focus on God and their relationship with Him. This year, we are taking our students to Hochatown, Oklahoma. We will be gone June 13-18. If your student is in grade 6-12 and they haven't signed up yet, we would love for them to be a part. National Day of Prayer

The National Day of Prayer was created many years ago for the purpose of seeking God intently as a country. This year, the National Day of Prayer is on March 6, 2021, and First Baptist will be hosting a community-wide event at the Walker County Fairgrounds for anyone who is interested. Lunch will be provided from 11-12 PM, with the service itself going from 12-1 PM. This will be a great time for our community to come together to pray for our schools, our leaders, our nation, and many others. We hope you'll join us on March 6th!
