The body of Christ is called to keep the 'unity of the Spirit,' in the bond of peace. If that's the case then we need to realize what needs to be done. It's certainly not the Spirit that needs unity...so it must be us. In an effort to live up to that high calling, we need to ask the question; "How are you bearing up."

So as we look at what Paul had to say to the body of Christ in Ephesians chapter 4, let's open our hearts because all too often the only things that we don't want to hear about from the Word of God is what is going to challenge us to change. Today we'll look at how we can get to 'unity of the Spirit' as we consider some things we might not want to hear.
