The death of Christ gives eternal to hope to everyone who believes.

1. How did we get here?

2. What does the text say?

- God’s original intention was to make the world subjected to man.

- God’s intentions stalled when man sinned in the Garden.

- God’s ultimate intention to redeem what sin destroyed is realized in Jesus.

3. What does the text mean?

- Before creation, God intended for humanity to be his crowning jewel.

- In creation, humanity's sin destroyed what God had intended.

- In Christ, God’s intention is perfected.

4. What do we do with it?

- The death of Christ gives eternal to hope to everyone who believes.

- Reflect on these truths: You have value because you are created in the image of the Creator. Because of Christ, we will be crowned with glory and honor.

Ask yourself this question: How will I live in the in-between time?
