We know that people have a lot of questions when it comes to sharing the gospel. Please come prepared with any questions you may have. Abortion

As disciples of Christ, we submit all things to Him. This includes what we believe and how we engage in this world. The word of God says a lot about the value of human life and how we are to treat one another. Abortion is common in our nation and our culture is passionate about it. Between the clarity of the word of God and the emphasis of our culture, it is fitting that we take the time to thoroughly think through the implications of our submission to Jesus in regards to abortion.
Sexuality & Transgenderism

Peter calls us foreigners and aliens in this world. As we look at the secular culture around us, we observe that it is a people that are consumed with sex and sexuality. We therefore make it our aim to ask what God's word has to say about sex and sexuality, so that we are equipped to be salt and light in this world. Additionally, with the growing focus on the transgender movement, we put special focus on this part of the discussion. Join us as we search God's word for His design and desire surrounding sex and sexuality.

Politics

As Christians, it is our aim to subject every area of our lives to Christ. As Americans (or at least a community situated within America), we recognize local politics as a normative part of life and desire to engage the discussion and even vote in such a way that brings glory to God. For this reason, we lean into Jesus to ask, "How can we be your people in the way we engage in this political space?" That is the purpose of our discipleship night on Christianity and politics.
Sex & Sexuality

While the topics of sex and sexuality have unfortunately become taboo within the church in recent years, the culture has only turned up the volume on them. The result has been that the culture has many times shaped our understanding of sexuality more than the one who designed it. And the answers that the culture gives leave us wanting more since their answers don’t get at the underlying issues—i.e. where does identity come from? Why does sex exist?
