Titus 2:6-8

If we live in a world of boys masquerading as men, that results in spiritually weak men, weak churches, weak marriages, weak homes, and weak societies.

Paul understood the vulnerability of younger men & the the significance of younger men in the church. Therefore he calls Titus to urge the younger men to act in a specific way for the glory of God.

We began this series because we believed there were four reasons why we needed the Epistle to Titus in this season of our church’s life: 1. We need affirmation that we are a sound church 2. We need to remember the importance of sound doctrine 3. We need help to cultivate more discipleship 4. We need to show good works in a bad world On this 16 week journey we learned how experiencing the Grace of God goes hand in hand with a healthy church, sound doctrine, and good works. In this concluding message we see 3 simple, but important final reminders before we put Titus back on the shelf. The goal is to summarize and solidify everything we have learned thus far. 1. The Church Is Made Up of People 2. The Church Is Made Up of People Who Serve 3. The Church is Made Up of People Who Serve & Are Sustained by Grace

The Good & The Bad

With the glorious truth of the Gospel that Paul mentioned in 3:3-7, now he challenges Titus and those who are in Crete to grow in applying that truth, as well as protecting it from problematic people in the church.
