What words would someone use to describe you? A Neighbor, a co-worker, a parent, a spouse, a child, a church member, what do you think they’d say?
Paul provides 11 words in Titus 1:7-8 that describe the character of a pastor in the church. Elders are to be examples of Christ to the flock. Members to be examples of Christ to the watching world. You as a steward are called to represent Jesus well. So what are some qualifications of an elder & how do these qualifications apply to all believers in the church?
