By the sacrifice of the Passover lamb, God set captive Israel free from death and judgment. Sound familiar? God works salvation for His people today by the same means. Through this passage in Exodus, God teaches us that the sacrifice of Jesus, the Lamb of God, is the only thing able to save us from condemnation.
